Refund policy
At VINTRAVA, we are committed to the quality of our products and your satisfaction. If something is not right with your order, we have made returns and refunds as straightforward as possible.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@vintrava.com.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
For items that were damaged during shipping or sent incorrectly, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.
We do not charge restocking fees on any returns. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different size, color, or product, we are happy to facilitate an exchange. Contact our customer service team and we will guide you through the process.
STANDARD RETURNS – 30 DAY POLICY
Changed your mind? You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are:

Returned in the original packaging
Please clearly indicate your order number on the return package. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original delivery fees are non-refundable for standard returns.
Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of receiving your return, though your bank or card provider may take additional time to credit your account.

INITIATING A RETURN
Before sending any item back, please email support@vintrava.com to start the return process.
This helps us issue a return authorization, track your package, and expedite your refund.
HOW REFUNDS WORK
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear.
