DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by 3–5 business days for courier transit. Your order should arrive within 4–7 business days in total. For full details, see our Shipping Policy page.

Is there a delivery fee?
No. We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. More information is available on our Shipping Policy page.

Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, VINTRAVA ships only to addresses in the United Kingdom. International delivery outside this region is not available.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor your package.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, email us at  support@bradleyray.com with photos of the item and packaging.

How quickly will I receive my refund?
After we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 7 days. The funds are credited to your original payment method, though your bank may take additional time to post the amount.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No. VINTRAVA does not charge any restocking fees on returned items.


EXCHANGES & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. The original item must be returned first; the replacement will be shipped once we receive it.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and standard returns procedures apply.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Order modifications are only possible before shipment. Contact us immediately if you need changes. Once the order leaves our warehouse, no adjustments can be made.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. See our Billing Terms & Conditions for full details.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. We comply with PCI DSS security standards, and full card details are never stored on our servers.


PRODUCTS

What happens if an item is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items are clearly marked. You can sign up for restock notifications, and we will alert you once the item is available again.
